🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

Chloe’s Supplies is based in Johannesburg and delivers throughout South Africa. All orders are carefully packed and shipped to your door. You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp / Email once your order is dispatched.

💰 SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

  • â€ĸ Standard Delivery: Calculated at checkout
  • â€ĸ Free Delivery: On orders over R1500 (main centres)
  • â€ĸ Collection: Available in Johannesburg (by arrangement)

⏱ī¸ ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout to avoid delivery delays.

↩ī¸ RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return items within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • â€ĸ Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging
  • â€ĸ Sale items and consumables cannot be returned
  • â€ĸ Buyer covers return courier cost unless item is faulty

To initiate a return, WhatsApp us with your order number and reason.

⚠ī¸ DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM

Please check your parcel upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
